Summary
Oversees day to day clinic operations with responsibilities of staffing, budgeting, patient and provider satisfaction, development/and implementation of practice specific policies and procedures, compliance, and quality. Collaborates with practice providers to maintain and improve patient care and service delivery.
Qualifications
Required:
- Two (2) years of supervisory experience in healthcare
- Proficiency with EMR systems and software applications
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers
Preferred:
- American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) for healthcare providers
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management or Business Administration or related field
- Experience in more than one practice specialty
- Knowledge of medical professional billing and coding
- American Heart Association (AHA) Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification for healthcare providers
