Under the supervision of Director Child Therapy Services, assumes managerial responsibility for coworkers within outpatient pediatric therapy services, including but not limited to Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapists, therapy technicians, and Supervisors of Therapy Services. Provides an environment that is consistent with established pediatric rehabilitation, Mercy Kids Autism Center, and Medical Center policy and procedures. Partners with Director Child Therapy Services and Medical Director on operational and strategic direction of programs. Responsible for assuring quality and appropriateness of services provided and for management and evaluation of process/quality improvement. Actively manages all aspects of budget for respective cost centers. Manages daily operations for pediatric therapy services including adherence to both Mercy and department policies and procedures.
