Job Summary
The Manager, Certificates will ensure regulatory compliance and oversee documentation for safety and quality standards. This role works closely with the Construction and Operations teams on various interstate pipeline projects and ensures compliance with Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC).
Key Accountabilities
Advise project teams of regulatory requirements for construction, including projects subject to FERC and the Natural Gas Act ("NGA"):
Automatic blanket projects
Prior notice projects
Advance notice projects
7(c) projects
Draft and file FERC certificate applications and notices
Coordinate with project team members for inputs needed for FERC certificate applications and notices
Perform research on FERC precedent and regulations for complex regulatory questions
Interface with FERC on project development
Manage data response process on FERC certificate applications
Assist with FERC open houses
Provide regulatory reporting support
May perform other duties as assigned
