The Manager, Category and Shopper Strategy, is a strategic partner responsible for delivering custom and integrated shopper and category insights.
- Plan, execute, and synthesize research to develop proprietary Leadership Platforms that provide category insights to drive mutual growth.
- Analyze data from various sources, including syndicated and panel data, to generate meaningful insights aligned with brand goals.
- Leverage shopper insights to strengthen relationships with key customers and internal teams.
- Build strong internal partnerships across Consumer Insights, Innovation, Marketing, and Sales to identify opportunities and knowledge gaps.
- Serve as the category expert, presenting insights internally and externally to influence strategic decisions.
- Qualifications include 4+ years in market research or category management, experience with Nielsen/IRI data, excellent communication, and project management skills. A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's is preferred.
