A hospital in Houston, TX is seeking a mid-level Manager of Case Management for Trauma to oversee case management operations on the adult side. This is an in-person, on-site leadership role requiring regular presence at a specific facility location. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

The role. This position is responsible for managing trauma-focused case management activities including utilization management, discharge planning, and cost and quality oversight within a hospital-based setting. The manager will lead a team of case management professionals, ensuring effective coordination of care and compliance with applicable standards. The role draws on both clinical expertise and demonstrated leadership to drive outcomes across the adult trauma population.

What we're looking for.

  • Case Manager Certification required
  • Current and valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Texas, or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) required; LCSW preferred
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in utilization management, case management, discharge planning, or other cost/quality management program
  • Three (3) years of experience in hospital-based nursing or social work
  • Three (3) years of demonstrated leadership experience

Schedule. This is an on-site position; candidates must report in person to the facility location. No travel is required. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Compensation. $108,867 - $130,000 per year
