This role will focus on driving sales and strategic partnerships within the Biotech Biopharma and Pharma customers.Job descriptionCreate and implement strategic sales plans to grow Glatts market presence and accomplish business goals through Biotech Biopharma and Pharma customers requiring OSD formulation development for commercial manufacturingEstablish and nurture strong connections with important customers and parties involved.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives.Identify and develop new business opportunities within the OSD Drug Product marketBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients leveraging an active networkDevelop and implement strategic business development plans to meet and exceed sales targets.Conduct market research to identify trends competitive landscape and potential clients.Represent the company at industry events conferences and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.Provide regular reports on business development activities sales performance and market trends to senior management.Negotiate and close deals ensuring favorable terms for the company.Work closely with the program management team from the RFP process through the project stages with the client.Focus on early-stage opportunities between pre-clinical to Phase 2b3 with innovative pharmaceutical companies developing solid oral dosage forms.QualificationsBachelors degree in Life Sciences Business with life science experience or a related field advanced degree preferred.A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the Drug Product CDMO Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization industry with a preference for oral solid dosage forms.
