OverviewInfor is looking to hire a Manager, Business Development to lead a high‑performing team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs). The role focuses on developing pipeline strategies, mentoring the team, and driving qualified opportunities for the sales organization. This position is key to accelerating growth and delivering innovative solutions to customers.LocationAtlanta, GeorgiaTypical DayLead, coach, and develop a team of BDRs to exceed pipeline generation targets.Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership to align on target campaigns, outreach strategy, and messaging.Drive outbound and inbound lead generation initiatives across key industry verticals.Analyze KPIs and sales funnel data to optimize team performance and continually refine best practices.Provide real‑time feedback and actionable coaching to ensure team development and growth.Recruit and onboard new BDR talent, fostering a culture of learning, accountability, and success.Stay current on industry trends, product knowledge, and the competitive landscape to effectively position Infor's solutions.Basic QualificationsExperience in business development as a team leader.Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, or similar CRM and sales engagement platforms.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret metrics and translate insights into action.Demonstrated coaching, mentoring, and team development experience.Preferred QualificationsExperience with pipeline generation and quota achievement in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.Salary and BenefitsSalary range: $74,500 – $111,500 per year, with possible discretionary variable compensation.
