Job Summary Under direction, the Boardwalk Bowl Operations Manager leads day-to-day operations across the bowling center-including Front Desk, Guest Services, Party Hosts, and coordination with Restaurant, Bar, and Pro Shop-to deliver safe, efficient, and exceptional guest experiences. Serving as Manager on Duty (MOD), this role oversees facility closing, security, emergency response, and guest services on assigned shifts; drives quality control, safety training, staff performance, and revenue growth.
