Duke Universitys Office of Audit, Risk & Compliance (OARC) is seeking a Manager, Assurance and Compliance Services to help advance Dukes risk management, audit, and advisory efforts across the university and health system. In this role, youll serve as a trusted partner to leadershipleading complex engagements, supporting institutional risk assessments, and delivering insight that strengthens operations, controls, and compliance.
Youll work closely with Directors, Senior Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to plan and execute audits and advisory projects, mentor team members, and communicate meaningful findings that drive improvement. This is a highly visible role for someone who enjoys leadership, collaboration, and solving complex organizational challenges.

Anticipated Pay Range: Duke University provides an annual base salary range for this position as USD $78,161.00 to USD $156,319.00. Duke University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position; candidates work experience, education/training, and key skills; internal peer equity; as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
