This role requires strong technical skills in data analysis along with the ability to manage projects and support cross‑functional teams. The ideal candidate will have experience mentoring analysts, managing business‑critical requests, and contributing to a scalable data foundation that drives decision‑making. We are a rapid‑growth organization with a strong financial outlook, affording stability while paving the way for innovation and creativity at every turn.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Support & Project ManagementHelp set and track priorities, ensuring delivery of key analytics projects aligned with business goals.Support the adoption of analytics best practices and tools through training sessions and knowledge sharing.Coach data analysts within the team, contributing to their professional development and fostering a collaborative team environment.Data Execution & OptimizationContribute to the execution of data analytics initiatives that align with business needs.Collaborate on the development of scalable processes for data collection, analysis, and reporting.Identify areas for improving efficiency through process improvements, automation, and better data practices.Maintain documentation of key analytics processes and ensure data quality standards are upheld.Insights & AnalysisConduct data modeling and analysis to generate insights that inform business strategy and process improvements.Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations using visualizations and presentations.Contribute to proactive analytics that support operational and strategic decision‑making.Stakeholder Collaboration & CommunicationPartner with product managers, business leaders, and clients to understand analytics needs and prioritize requests accordingly.Proactively manage and foster stakeholder relationships by acting as a strategic, consultative advisor with a keen understanding of business objectives.Advocate for data‑driven decision‑making across teams and leadership.Compliance and Quality AssuranceEnsure adherence to company compliance standards, including reporting any noncompliance.Support the development and implementation of quality controls and departmental standards to satisfy organizational and regulatory requirements.Participate in internal training sessions to support continued learning and development.Responsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct, including reporting of noncompliance.Qualifications & Experience4-6 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.Experience in PBM, health plans, healthcare, or Medicare.Familiarity with pharmacy claims data, medical claims data, and client reporting metrics.Expertise in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis, with strong coding hygiene and documentation practices.Ability to perform complex analyses and synthesize findings into business insights.Track record of partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide consultative analytics support, proactively advising on business opportunities.Working knowledge of data engineering fundamentals and working with cloud‑based data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to executives.Preferred QualificationsExperience working in large‑scale, high‑growth organizations.Knowledge of machine learning or advanced statistical modeling techniques.Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.Master's degree in Computer Science, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.GitHub and dbt experience.Salary RangeNew York, NY: $120,800 - $151,000 USDDenver, CO: $110,800 - $138,500 USDCharlotte, NC: $100,800 - $126,000 USDEEO StatementJudi Health values a diverse workplace and celebrates the diversity that each employee brings to the table.
