The Manager, Americas Shared Services, leads a team of Tier 1 HR Generalists delivering operational People & Culture services across the Americas.

Key responsibilities include optimizing service delivery through process improvements, automation, and data analytics; maintaining knowledge bases; and driving continuous improvement projects.
The role requires strong leadership, HR operations experience, knowledge of labor laws, and proficiency with HRIS and analytics tools.
Fluency in English and Spanish, project management skills, and a people-centric leadership style are preferred.
Success is measured by SLA adherence, customer satisfaction, data accuracy, automation impact, and team engagement.
