We are hiring a full-time, hybrid Manager of Accounting Services in Doylestown, PA, to oversee diverse accounting operations and ensure financial accuracy for a varied client base.
- Lead and supervise a team of Staff Accountants, ensuring quality and efficiency while managing client accounts and providing strategic solutions.
- Oversee financial reporting, month-end closing, and compliance, supporting clients with bookkeeping, financial statements, cash-flow forecasting, and AP/AR services.
- Act as a client advisor, identifying needs, resolving issues, and developing process improvements.
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and collaborate on operational enhancements.
- Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 10+ years of experience, at least 2 years in management, proficiency in accounting software, and excellent leadership skills.
