Department Admin - SMH Care Alliance
Job Summary Responsible for the strategic oversight, operational management, and regulatory compliance of the ambulatory pharmacy enterprise, including all aspects of the 340B Drug Pricing Program, contract pharmacy operations, and collaboration with SMH pharmacy services.
Serves as a key leader in ensuring safe, compliant, and financially sustainable medication access across physician practices and ambulatory care settings. Partners closely with pharmacy leadership, physician offices, revenue integrity, compliance, and external vendors to optimize formulary management, ensure patient safety, and maximize 340B program performance while maintaining full compliance with HRSA, state, and federal regulations.
Provides direct oversight of physician office medication workflows, formulary governance, and clinical alignment to support high-quality, cost-effective patient care. Plays a critical role in aligning ambulatory pharmacy operations with organizational goals related to access, quality, regulatory compliance, and a high-quality patient experience.
In this role, the leader sets the tone and models positive leadership behavior, while ensuring individual and team work tasks, projects and responsibilities are completed successfully in support of departmental and organizational goals.
Must be FL resident able to work on-site daily (not remote).
