Key Responsibilities

- Disseminate scientific information and provide clinical and scientific support for our products.
- Engage in scientific discussions, attend medical conferences, and deliver presentations on the latest research and product developments.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to drive team tactics and strategy.
- Manage team operations, including performance, workflow, and compliance, ensuring goals are met within timelines and budgets.
- Organize educational initiatives and clinical research through industry partnerships and internal collaborations.
- Foster community engagements and discussions about the healthcare landscape and company products.
Requirements
- Advanced Scientific Degree (OD, PhD, MD, DO or equivalent).
- Minimum of 6 years relevant work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years clinical work experience in the field of Robotics.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent presentation skills and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong influencing skills to represent stakeholder needs.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a constantly changing environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- A valid driver's license issued in the United States.
Preferences
- Experience managing other managers, supervisors, or individual contributors in a matrix environment.
- Experience conducting effective performance management and career development conversations.
