Responsibilities

• Learn and apply Chick-fil-A leadership principles in daily operations
• Support the team in delivering a remarkable guest experience
• Demonstrate reliability, integrity, and a servant-leader mindset
• Lead small shifts or projects as development progresses
• Participate in leadership coaching, team meetings, and evaluations
