Overview:

Abacus Technology is seeking a Management Coordinator to provide program and office management support for Wright-Patterson AFB.  This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the division chief, program manager, subject matter experts, and other personnel in the execution of the capability development programs and projects.
  • Edit, coordinate, publish, and update program meeting minutes, program-related briefing slides in collaboration with the division staff, and documents created by the division staff. 
  • Participate in program or project-related team meetings.
  • Analyze CDRL items submitted by various OEM contractors for compliance with contract provisions. 
  • Participate in various meetings including, planning discussions, site visit planning, contract kickoff meetings, system requirements reviews, program management reviews, system design reviews, demonstration and acceptance plan reviews, technical interchange meetings, prototype compliance reviews, design maturation reviews, government technology demonstrations and demonstration report reviews.
  • Assist with creating and updating schedules. 
  • Coordinate participation of various military, civilian, contractor and industry personnel for program meetings.
  • Manage SOCCER and other suspense tasking receipt, tracking and submission process for the division.
  • Manage SharePoint site content.
  • Assist the Government and Contractor personnel with arranging travel reservations and submit travel voucher submission related to official trips. 
  • Create models using Microsoft Visio or other applications to document existing and proposed business methods for continuity planning and process improvement.
  • Order office supplies on line from authorized vendors.
  • Assist the Government staff with the execution of various assigned project and program management as well as administrative management activities, including but not limited to, the creation, editing, maintenance or distribution of project or program documentation, participation in project or program meetings and complying with reporting requirements.
  • Support organizational actions during the creation, testing and execution of the COOP and other emergency plans including readiness exercises executed at the direction of the 88th Air Base Wing, AFLCMC or AFMC Commanders or Mobility and Training Aircraft Directorate leadership.
Qualifications:

10+ years experience in program management support including at least 3 years working in a DoD environment.  Bachelor’s degree in a related field.  Experience documenting meeting minutes, operating conference room computers, and changing data dynamically in documents, project schedules, spreadsheets or presentations as directed by the division chief, program manager or other personnel.  Experience using MS tools including Office, Project, and Visio.  Experience managing content in SharePoint sites.  Able to demonstrate data visually by creating charts.  Experience making travel arrangements for management and executive staff.  Must be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills.  Able to interact professionally with all levels of the organization.  Must be willing to travel as necessary.  Must be a US citizen and hold a current Secret clearance.
