Management Accountant

The Management Accountant will support the full accounting cycle, including financial reporting, budgeting, month-end close, and balance sheet reconciliations while partnering closely with cross-functional teams. This role also oversees credit & collections and purchase-to-pay processes, helping drive financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Description

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reporting packs.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting processes to align financial performance with business objectives.
• Manage month-end close activities, including balance sheet reconciliations and financial analysis.
• Monitor credit and collections processes, including aged receivables, dispute resolution, and cash flow support.
• Support purchase-to-pay operations by reviewing supplier invoices, reconciliations, and escalated payment issues.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiencies.
• Assist with audits, tax compliance, and ad hoc financial analysis to support business initiatives.

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• A solid foundation in accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools, with strong Excel skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
