US:WI:WEST BEND at our FROEDTERT WEST BEND HOSPITAL facility. This job
is ON - SITE. This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus of $5K!
FTE: 0.50 (20.00hrs) Shift: Shift 1 Every other Monday 7:45 - 4:15,
Wednesday 7:45 - 4:15, Thursday 7:45-4:15 and a weekend rotation every
3-4 months 7:30-12:30 Job Summary: Responsible for identifying and
resolving issues related to images, equipment, and quality control.
Maintains competency and performs at least one of the following on a
routine basis: mammography interventional procedures i.e. Affirm /
Stereotactic, diagnostic radiology, ultrasound, or bone density.
Provides back up coverage for the Lead / QA Mammography Technologist,
performs quality control, and consults with physicians. Ability to work
effectively and harmoniously with medical / clinical staff, students,
and patients. Perform other duties as assigned / requested. EXPERIENCE
DESCRIPTION: A minimum of 1-2 years experience in performing mammography
is required. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Post high school completion of an
ARRT approved program in radiologic technology is required. 1-2 years of
college/university and/or undergraduate degree in a healthcare-related
field is preferred. LICENSURE DESCRIPTION: ARRT registered IN radiology
(RTR) and current State of Wisconsin license as a Radiographer is
required. Advanced certification through ARRT in ARRT-M is also
required. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the
Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required
