What You Bring to the Table:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience specifically within mammography or breast imaging.
- ARRT certification in Mammography and current BLS certification.
- Proficiency in operating mammography equipment and performing high-quality breast imaging procedures.
- Strong understanding of radiation safety protocols and patient positioning.
- Excellent communication skills and patient care orientation.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with digital breast tomosynthesis (3D mammography).
- Additional certifications in breast imaging or related specialties.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- ARRT certification in Mammography is required.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced imaging center or hospital setting is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of focused mammography experience.
Other Requirements:
- No local candidates within 50 miles; onsite at Gwinnett Women's Breast Imaging Center, Lawrenceville, GA.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am 5:00 pm, 13-week assignment.
- Willingness to travel or relocate if necessary; valid licensure and certifications are required.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient safety and quality imaging.
