Are you an experienced Mammography Technologist ready to step into a leadership role? Rome Health is seeking a Mammography Supervisor to lead our Women's imaging team-mammography, stereotactic biopsy, and bone density-while ensuring excellent patient care and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily workflow between radiologists, technologists, and scheduling staff
- Prepare and manage monthly technologist schedules.
- Communicate staffing updates to scheduling and operational teams
- Perform mammography and related exams as needed
- Coordinate urgent ("STAT") imaging requests
- Develop and maintain clinical protocols and QA programs
- Lead ACR accreditation and MQSA compliance efforts
- Oversee stereotactic biopsy and wire localization procedures
- Troubleshoot workflow issues and ensure smooth operations
- Supervise staff performance, evaluations, and corrective actions
- Maintain equipment records and regulatory documentation
- Uphold patient confidentiality and professional standards
- Ability to perform Biopsies
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
- ARRT certification and current licensure
- 3+ years mammography experience and 3+ years supervisory experience
- Knowledge of mammography standards, protocols, and quality assurance
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- NYSDOH License
