We are looking for MALE AND FEMALE CAREGIVERS & COMPANIONS to assist our patients located in Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village and/or Calabasas.
Twelve (12) hour shifts available - MUST have at least one (1) year of experience with Alzheimer's/Dementia patients, and ADL qualifications.
You will NOT need to come into the office to interview - we will Facetime with you!

MUST HAVES:
*At least one (1) year of senior caregiving experience with Alzheimer/Dementia patients
*ADL experience
*Current Driver's License w/reliable vehicle and insurance which shows you are a covered driver
*Current HCA (Home Care Aide) Registry ID
*Current TB Test Results (or proof you have recently taken a test)
*COVID Vaccination Card
*Second Form of ID (Social Security Card, US Passport, US Birth Certificate, Valid Permanent Resident Card, Valid EAC
