Integra Staffing is hiring a Make-Ready Technician (Apartment Community).This role focused on preparing vacant units for move-in by completing unit turns/make-readies, punch work, and light repairs. This position is a great fit for someone with prior apartment make-ready, remodel, construction, or painting experience who takes pride in quality and speed.

Pay: $19 $20/hr. (Once hired, pay is negotiated)
Schedule: Mon Fri, 8:00am 5:00pm

Responsibilities
  • Complete make-ready/turn process for vacant units to meet leasing deadlines
  • Perform punch work including:
  • Drywall patching, caulking, texture touch-ups
  • Interior painting (walls, trim, doors) and touch-ups
  • Minor carpentry (door hardware, blinds, shelving, baseboards)
  • Assist with basic maintenance tasks as needed (light plumbing/electrical/appliance items)
  • Replace/repair fixtures and hardware (locks, handles, towel bars, smoke detectors, etc.)
  • Ensure units are clean, safe, and "move-in ready (final walk-through readiness)
  • Communicate progress and unit status updates to the maintenance team and property management
  • Maintain a safe, organized work area and follow property safety procedures
Required Qualifications (Must Have)
  • 1+ year experience in make-ready, apartment turns, remodeling, painting, or general construction/handyman work
  • Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards and attention to detail
  • Must provide own basic hand tools (as required by the property)
  • Must have two forms of ID for employment eligibility
  • Dress code: khaki pants or blue jeans + clean solid-color shirt
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
  • Strong painting skills (cutting in, rolling, trim/door painting)
  • Experience with drywall repair/texture matching
  • Familiarity with apartment turn standards and punch lists
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing/electrical/appliances (minor fixes)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
