Major Injury Litigation Paralegal
Location: Greenville, SC (Hybrid)
Target Salary: Open depending on experience
  • 2+ years of paralegal experience (plaintiffs’ personal injury with litigation experience preferred)
  • Must reside within driving distance of Greenville, SC
  • Able to attend trials, including some overnight stays.
  • First 30 days on onboarding and training will be done in Greenville, SC office
  • Hybrid role with the flexibility of working from home one or two days per week after successful onboarding. Remote work when approved must be same high quality of work, communication and attentiveness as in office work, and that there may be situations involving deadlines, hearings and trials where we will need the work to be done in the office on an as needed basis.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced litigation attorneys on complex plaintiff personal injury matters. The ideal candidate is highly organized, driven, analytical, and passionate about making an impact on both cases and clients’ lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support 2–3 litigation attorneys in the preparation and management of plaintiff personal injury cases
  • Gather and organize evidence, medical records, and case documentation
  • Communicate directly with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and external partners
  • Coordinate mediations, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
  • Assist with trial attendance and litigation support as needed
  • Review records and identify critical issues impacting case strategy
  • Maintain strong organization and follow-through in a fast-paced environment
  • Think critically and proactively contribute to case development and investigation efforts

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of paralegal experience required
  • Plaintiff personal injury litigation experience strongly preferred
  • Must reside within driving distance of Greenville, SC
  • Ability to attend trials, including occasional overnight travel
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a litigation team
