Job Role

We are looking for an experienced Data Architect with strong expertise in enterprise data architecture data modeling and integration within the insurance domain. Experience working with Majesco platforms Policy Billing Claims Digital1st is highly preferred This role involves defining data strategy designing scalable data solutions and ensuring data quality governance and interoperability across systems.

Responsibilities

Data Architecture Modeling

Define and maintain the enterprise data architecture including conceptual logical and physical data models

Develop and optimize data models for operational systems analytics platforms data lakes and data warehouses

Ensure consistent data definitions metadata standards and data lineage

Majesco Platform Expertise Preferred

Analyze and interpret Majesco data models schemas and integration frameworks

Design and manage data flows between Majesco Policy Billing Claims and external internal systems

Support Majesco migrations upgrades extractions and reporting data pipelines

Data Integration Engineering

Design and oversee ETLELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data

Collaborate with integration architects to ensure high-quality secure and reliable data exchanges

Implement data solutions using cloud native tools Azure AWS or GCP

Data Governance Quality

Establish and enforce data governance master data management MDM and data stewardship practices

Define data quality rules validation processes and remediation strategies

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data security standards

Technical Leadership

Partner with business stakeholders analysts and developers to translate requirements into scalable data solutions

Review architecture designs provide technical guidance and ensure adherence to enterprise standards

Lead data architecture discussions across cross functional teams

Required Skills

8 years of experience in data architecture data modeling or enterprise architecture

Strong knowledge of insurance domain data structures PC preferred

Experience with Majesco PolicyBillingClaimsD1 data models APIs and integration approaches

Strong understanding of data governance MDM metadata management and data cataloging tools

Proficiency in

SQL relational databases SQL Server Oracle PostgreSQL

Data modeling tools Erwin Sparx EA Power Designer

ETLELT platforms Informatica SSIS Talend Azure Data Factory

Cloud data technologies Azure Synapse Snowflake Redshift Big Query.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting Majesco transformations system modernizations or cloud migrations

Hands-on experience with Azure Data Services Data Factory Databricks ADLS Synapse

Familiarity with ACORD data standards and industry reference models

Experience building pipelines for operational reporting and advanced analytics.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Ability to translate technical data concepts into business language

Strong problem-solving analytical thinking and modeling skills

Ability to work in Agile Scrum environments.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 110841 to 145000
