Maintnenance Clerk

Nesco Resource is in search of a Maintenance Clerk for a client in Lincolnton, NC

The Maintenance Clerk primary job function is to maintain the spare parts inventory cage by demonstrating responsibility and showing initiative in taking ownership of his/her fulfilling duties.

• Become proficient in the use of JD Edwards P&E module for tracking parts quantities and ordering parts.
• Perform cycle counts and investigate any found variances.
• Ordering parts based on established stock levels.
• Receive parts and stock in proper locations.
• Document and record vendor returns and offsite repairs.
• Tracking orders and making sure orders are received in a timely manner.
• Doing research as needed to aid techs in finding the correct parts.
• Maintain technical manuals.
• Maintaining the stock area clean and organized.
• Assist with scheduling forklift repairs.
• Consistently deliver the best in customer service.
