What You'll Do
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs throughout the hospital
- Troubleshoot and repair building systems and equipment
- Complete basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC-related tasks
- Repair furniture, beds, wheelchairs, and other equipment
- Assist with grounds maintenance and facility upkeep
- Respond to maintenance requests and urgent facility needs
- Work independently while collaborating with other departments
- Participate in emergency response activities and on-call coverage as needed
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of facilities maintenance experience preferred
- Knowledge of building maintenance, repair techniques, and preventative maintenance
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and work independently
- Basic computer skills for work orders and documentation
- Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or general maintenance repairs
