Must have basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair. HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing experience a plus. Working in a climate-controlled community with seniors.
This candidate will also be responsible for driving a 12-passenger bus, must have a current CDL (if not than must obtain one within the first 30 days of employment) must also have a clean driving record, pass a background check and drug screen.
Starting Base Rate $15 an hour.
Must be able to work occasional weekend and/or holiday.
