Job Description:
In this role, you will maintain facilities and surrounding areas and make minor repairs to facilities to ensure clean and orderly conditions.
Examples of Duties:
- Dusts, sweeps, mops, scrubs, waxes, buffs and/ or vacuums as appropriate.
- Cleans windows and other glass as necessary.
- Polishes and maintains brass fixtures, wood trim, and other surfaces.
- Empties trash and garbage containers.
- Cleans debris from sidewalk.
- Maintains building, performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activities.
- Notifies management concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment.
- Responds to questions from visitors, tenants and rental customers regarding the facility and general information.
- Sets up and arranges tables, chairs, barricades and other equipment for events.
- May use power washer.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- One year of related experience or training
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid state issued driver's license
