What You'll Do:
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on all facility equipment to maximize uptime and reliability
- Respond to production line breakdowns and troubleshoot maintenance issues across departments
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions
- Maintain parts inventory, document completed work, and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production, warehouse, and quality teams on maintenance needs
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on maintenance technician experience (technical degree preferred)
- Ability to read schematics/blueprints and interpret technical documentation
- Forklift certification eligibility and ability to pass a respirator fit test
- Availability for overtime with short notice; dependable attendance required
