Job Title: Maintenance Technician- Shift: 2nd Shift

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support a Tier 1 automotive plastic component manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for maintaining all production and facility equipment, with a strong focus on injection molding operations. The technician will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure optimal performance of machinery and systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform all preventive maintenance activities as assigned
- Complete oiling, greasing, and cleaning of equipment through work orders
- Troubleshoot and repair machinery and equipment as needed
- Maintain safety and housekeeping standards across the facility
- Follow all work instructions related to preventive and predictive maintenance
- Complete and document work orders accurately
Equipment and Systems Supported:- Power House daily
- Air Compressors monthly
- Floor Sweepers and Scrubbers monthly
- Thermolators or temperature control units monthly
- Dryers monthly
- Injection Molding Machines daily monthly quarterly
- Robots monthly
- Sprinkler System quarterly
- Conveyors weekly
- Vacuum Pumps monthly
- Assembly Fixture Verifications daily
- Support predictive maintenance planning and execution
- Report all safety concerns and injuries immediately
- Maintain 5S and plant safety standards
Qualifications:- Associate Degree in Maintenance or equivalent experience
- Experience in plastic injection molding environment preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Experience in industrial production environment
- Knowledge of TS16949 and quality systems preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedule and overtime as needed
- Understanding of industrial safety practices
