What Youll Do:
As a Maintenance Technician at our West Chester, OH Service Center, you will play a key role in maintaining the equipment, automation systems, and infrastructure that support our operations. This position is heavily focused on automation and electrical troubleshooting within a conveyor-driven manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment, automation, and manufacturing system issues in partnership with Operations
Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment reliability and safety
Identify and resolve recurring equipment issues with the maintenance team
Support facility maintenance needs including minor plumbing, drywall, painting, cleaning, and general upkeep
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and Tosca safety standards
Demonstrate strong knowledge of and adherence to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
Provide occasional facility-related support as needed, secondary to equipment and production system maintenance
What We Are Looking For:
Were looking for a skilled technician who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. You should have:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience working with mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Hands-on automation and electrical troubleshooting experience supporting production equipment in a manufacturing or processing environment
- PLC and controls diagnostic experience, including navigating ladder logic and using HMIs to identify and isolate faults (Allen-Bradley preferred)
- Strong electrical knowledge, including 480V / 3-phase systems, motors, VFDs, sensors, relays, and control panels
- Ability to act as a first responder to equipment downtime, diagnosing issues independently before escalation
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining conveyor-driven or automated production systems
- Solid understanding of industrial mechanical systems, including conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, and power transmission
- Knowledge of OSHA requirements and production safety practices, including LOTO.
- Preventive maintenance mindset with the ability to identify recurring issues and recommend improvements
- Familiarity with CMMS systems and accurate maintenance documentation practices
- Solid understanding of industrial mechanical principles including hydraulics, pneumatics, and controls.
- Familiarity with boilers and MIG/TIG welding is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
Pay, Work & Benefits
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM11:30 PM
- Pay: $32.00-37.00/hour + $0.50/hour shift differential
