The Maintenance Technician performs basic maintenance operations on customers’ vehicles, including, but not limited to: engine oil and filter changes; brake, power steering, differential, and transfer case fluid services; tire repair and replacements; tire balancing; and brake pad replacement services. For every service, a multi-point inspection is performed, and any items needing immediate or future attention are documented for the customer.
The ideal candidate has an Associate's degree in Automotive Technology or Trade School Certification and some experience. An unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record and the physical dexterity and stamina to get the job done are required. Candidates must be able to work productively in a fast-paced team environment and must have a positive attitude, great communication skills, and the ability to deliver world class customer service.
