* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* 2–5+ years of experience as a field service technician or industrial maintenance mechanic.
* Experience with automated packaging, bottling, or food processing equipment.
* Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
* Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, servos, and motion control systems.
* Ability to travel regionally to customer sites as required.
* Strong problem-solving and hands-on repair skills.
* Ability to work independently in customer plant environments.
* Travel regionally to customer sites to install, repair, and maintain automated food packaging and bottling equipment.
* Perform hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery including wrappers, sealers, fillers, conveyors, and related systems.
* Service and maintain equipment such as nugget, tablet, biscuit, and bar wrappers, twisters, and sealers.
* Maintain and repair paper, foil, and film slitters and die cutters.
* Work on horizontal and vertical flow wrappers, shrink wrappers, pouch fillers, and form-fill-seal equipment.
* Service load distribution and conveyor sorting systems, buffering gondolas, slug loaders, and related automation systems.
* Troubleshoot and maintain printers, coders, and labeling equipment.
* Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation control issues (PLCs, HMIs, servos, motion controls).
* Ensure proper operation and performance of customer equipment in the field.
