As we continue to expand our growth initiatives, we are now seeking a Maintenance Tech to join our team.

Job Duties:

• Perform mechanical and electrical installations, repairs, and troubleshooting on production machinery and plant facilities.
• Conduct preventive maintenance in accordance with established schedules to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled equipment.
• Maintain maintenance logs, manage spare parts inventory, and support procurement of needed parts
• Attend daily production meetings and provide maintenance updates as needed
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, safety rules and regulations.

Job Requirements & Skills:

• Minimum of 2+ years related maintenance experience.
• Self-motivated, positive, and able to complete tasks efficiently and on time
• Strong ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively
• Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude & previous experience working in/on/around machinery.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods; willingness to work overtime
• Strong communication skills
• Experience or working knowledge of PLC systems
• Basic computer skills required, including email and Excel

Preferred skills:

• Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems troubleshooting and repair.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, manufacturer instructions, and engineering specifications
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• LABVIEW software
