This is a roving position supporting properties within 11 Residential's portfolio from Seattle to Everett with occasional travel to properties outside this area. Due to the travel aspect of this position, the qualified candidate will be eligible for a monthly driving stipend.

Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician - Traveling Unit Turn reports to a Regional Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for preparing apartment homes for new residents and ensuring all maintenance tasks related to unit turns are completed to 11 Residential standards. Primary responsibilities include performing maintenance tasks such as ensuring timely delivery of market-ready units, maintaining accurate turn tracking in company systems, and supporting the overall appearance and condition of vacant units.
This role requires travel to various properties within a given region. If you take pride in quality work and want to deliver an “11 out of 10” unit to our prospective residents, then this job is for you!
