Responsibilities • Respond to service requests including electrical, plumbing, air conditioning (HVAC), pool, and appliance in a timely manner • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment • Ability to identify hazardous conditions and correct them immediately • Delivers various communications to residents as needed • Provide the best quality customer service to our residents • Must be able to work on-call

A Bit About You HVAC certified preferred - training opportunities available. 3-5 years relevant experience. Ability to consistently display a positive attitude. Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal skills-will communicate with residents, management, vendors and contractors.
