Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm
Are you a skilled maintenance professional looking for a stable, full-time opportunity? Join a great team where your experience and dedication are valued!
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine building maintenance and repairs (windows, doors, walls, etc.)
- Fix plumbing issues such as leaks or broken fixtures
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues (shortages, wiring problems)
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems to ensure proper climate control
- Identify and resolve potential safety hazards
- Paint and maintain interior and exterior surfaces
- Track and manage inventory of maintenance supplies
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in residential or general maintenance
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
