Job Skills / Requirements

Job Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 40hrs/week

  • 2nd Shift: 9:00 AM-7:30PM

Pay Rate: Paid weekly (every Friday)

  • $17.50/hr

Job duties: Responsible for performing general facility maintenance, minor repairs, groundskeeping, sanitation, and routine cleaning tasks to help maintain a safe, clean, and fully operational work environment.

  • Perform general facility maintenance and repair tasks
  • Complete minor plumbing repairs and troubleshoot basic maintenance issues
  • Install, replace, and repair dispensers throughout the facility
  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and report repair needs
  • Maintain the exterior grounds, including litter removal and general groundskeeping
  • Sanitize work areas, high-touch surfaces, and common areas as needed
  • Clean and maintain maintenance workspaces, storage areas, and utility rooms
  • Sweep, mop, and keep assigned maintenance areas free of debris and hazards
  • Remove trash and recycling from maintenance and designated work areas
  • Assist with facility inspections and identify safety or maintenance concerns
  • Support general building upkeep to ensure a clean, safe, and operational environment

Requirements:

  • Pass background checks and drug screening
  • Physical requirements: walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 40lbs independently.
  • Wear LACOSTA Shirt, safety glasses, steel-toed boots/shoes, safety vest and long pants.
  • Remove all jewelry and accessories
