$2,000 SIGN-ON BONUS
- $1,000 paid after 90 days of employment
- $1,000 paid after 6 months of employment

What You’ll Do
- Complete service requests and apartment turns (make-readies)
- Maintain buildings, grounds, and community amenities
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls, including after hours
- Manage maintenance inventory and supplies
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- HVAC experience required (EPA Type II or Universal preferred)
- Experience in apartment/multifamily maintenance strongly preferred
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs
- Ability to be on-call for after-hours emergencies
- Own basic tools + reliable transportation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Physical Requirements
- Ability to walk the property, climb stairs/ladders
- Lift up to 25 lbs as needed
- Work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
