Maintenance Technician 2nd Shift - $30/hour Roanoke, VA
Shift: MondayThursday, 3:00pm2:30am (Overtime on Fridays and Saturdays as needed)

Pay: $27/hour + $3 shift differential = $30/hour

Lingo Staffing is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician for a leading manufacturing partner in the Roanoke area!

Key Responsibilities:- Perform maintenance and preventative maintenance on industrial equipment including plasma tables, drill lines, robotic welders, and CNC machines
- Complete equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications to improve performance and efficiency
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues including motors, transformers, and electromechanical components
- Troubleshoot and maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems using appropriate tools and techniques
- Support production by minimizing downtime and ensuring equipment is operating safely and efficiently
- Maintain documentation of maintenance activities and follow all safety procedures
Requirements:- Previous experience in an industrial maintenance technician role required
- Experience working with CNC machines, plasma tables, drill lines, robotic welding equipment, or similar machinery
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems including hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
- Basic computer and troubleshooting skills; PLC experience is a plus
- Experience with additional trades such as HVAC, electrical, or plumbing in a manufacturing environment is a plus
- Ability to lift 50100 lbs frequently throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a non-climate controlled environment
- Comfortable working around heavy machinery and industrial equipment
- Steel-toe boots required; metatarsal protection required for this position
