Requirements:
2 or more years of apartment maintenance experience required.
1 or more years of high-rise residential experience preferred.

What Your Day Looks Like:
Responding to resident service requests and completing repairs efficiently, including appliances.
Preparing units for move-in through full make-ready and furnishing processes.
Maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of common areas, amenities, exteriors, and parking areas.
Supporting vendor coordination and assisting with day-to-day operational needs.
Performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance across units and equipment.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience using and maintaining hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment safely.
Ability to manage inventory and make cost-effective purchasing decisions.
Hands-on experience with painting, drywall, basic carpentry, appliance repair, plumbing, electrical, and furniture assembly.
Professional demeanor in both communication and appearance.
Strong communication skills with the ability to read, write, and interact clearly.
Familiarity with property management tools such as Appfolio is a plus.

Pay: 28.00 to 36.00 per hour depending on experience.

Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Los Angeles, CA 90036.
