Gear Up for the Job:
- At least 1 year of maintenance or related experience
- Solid troubleshooting skills and a "fix-it" mindset
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
- Someone reliable who can work independently and stay organized
- Strong communication and customer service skills

Your Daily Grind (The Good Kind)
- Jump in and handle day-to-day maintenance requests quickly and professionally
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, drywall, and more
- Get units move-in ready by completing turns/make-readies on schedule
- Keep grounds and shared spaces clean, safe, and looking their best
- Perform preventative maintenance to avoid bigger issues down the line
- Support inspections and help maintain overall property standards
- Work with vendors and assist with coordination when needed
- Participate in an on-call rotation for emergencies
