We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to support daily operations in a manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing building systems and production equipment. The ideal candidate will have a mix of mechanical and basic electrical maintenance experience and be committed to workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment and building systems
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime
Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operations
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
Working knowledge of mechanical systems and basic electrical troubleshooting
Ability to use hand and power tools safely
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Dependable and able to work independently
Requirements:
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Background check required
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
