We’re looking for a hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our team! You’ll make sure our facilities are operating efficiently, regularly inspect our buildings for any damage, and conduct routine maintenance on our grounds to keep them at their finest. Responsibilities 
  • Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as pools, plumbing fixtures/meters, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs
  • Maintain and repair all common elements: building exteriors, gutters, downspouts, sidewalks, parking lots, signs, fencing, lighting, common plumbing & electrical repairs 
  • Maintain maintenance office, equipment, vehicles and supplies in a neat, clean and orderly fashion 
  • Keep a record of completed repairs and when the equipment was last serviced
  • Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks
  • Complete Action Request Forms and work orders to completion
  • Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed
Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of maintenance experience
  • Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry 
  • Understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques
  • Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
  • Certified pool and Spa Operator certification a plus
  • Non-Smoker preferred
