Job description:
We are currently seeking a Part Time (20 hours/week) Maintenance Technician for a 90 unit apartment community in Bothell (Rivercroft Apartments).
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Maintains a positive relationship with all Residents and fellow Associates to ensure excellent customer service.
- Performs all other duties as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor and assists the overall team in any way possible
- Up keeping facility, Painting, turning units, maintain inventory, and scheduling repairs
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as landscaping, heating, plumbing and carpentry
- Inspect buildings and equipment
Qualifications:
- Must have a working knowledge of all aspects of maintenance, repair and service
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and take appropriate action; superior customer service skills; and a great attention to detail
- 1+years of hands-on apartment maintenance experience including plumbing, electrical, and appliances required, experience in painting a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; trade school and/or military training or industry designation a plus. Valid driver's license
