Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to perform maintenance tasks on production equipment and building facilities. The successful candidate will possess a strong mechanical and electrical background, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on all production equipment and building facilities.
• Utilize mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic skills for troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
• Install new equipment as needed.
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of PLC systems, with Fanuc Controls being desirable.
• Possess a background in robotics; capability in reading and wiring electrical schematics.
• Handle wiring for 480-volt circuits of motors and controls.
• Have knowledge of metal stamping, CNC machine centers, and other high-speed assembly equipment.

Basic Qualifications

• Possess a two-year technical degree or higher.
• Minimum of four years of experience in a maintenance position.
• Working knowledge of industrial safety practices.
• Ability to perform basic administrative tasks, including creating work orders and documenting work performed.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work with a cross-functional team in the manufacturing process.
• Commitment to continuously improving safety, quality, and productivity.
• Availability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and during shutdowns.
