Experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, production processing, or related fields
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to use hand and power tools safely
Experience working with industrial machinery and production equipment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and operational equipment issues
Perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs on production equipment
Assist with machine setup, startup, and changeovers
Monitor production processes and ensure equipment is operating efficiently
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Work closely with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime
