Extension Recruiting is currently looking for Maintenance Technicians across all shifts with our client in Fond Du Lac, WI. Our ideal candidates are highly independent, mechanically inclined maintenance techs with a background in industrial maintenance and experience
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
- Support equipment installations and process improvements
- Maintain maintenance records and inventory documentation
- Support production teams during equipment breakdowns
Qualifications
- 3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing
- Strong hands-on technical background (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic)
- Ability to troubleshoot 480v electrical systems
- Strong blueprint reading skills
