- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with PLCs, motors, conveyors, pumps, and industrial machinery preferred
- Ability to read schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation
- Knowledge of preventative maintenance procedures
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically active environment
- High school diploma or GED required; technical training a plus
- Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Diagnose equipment failures and implement timely repairs to minimize downtime
- Conduct routine inspections and document maintenance activities
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications
- Maintain safe work practices in accordance with OSHA and company safety standards
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure equipment reliability and performance
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies
