In this role, you’ll work across multiple departments, troubleshooting issues, improving equipment reliability, and helping drive continuous operational success.

If you enjoy problem-solving, working with advanced machinery, and making a direct impact every day, this is the opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Keep production equipment and facility systems operating safely and efficiently to support uninterrupted operations
  • Perform preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance on manual and automated equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and logic system issues
  • Identify opportunities for equipment improvements and assist with modifications or upgrades
  • Support installation and startup of new equipment and systems
  • Maintain preventive maintenance programs and complete inspections as required
  • Work collaboratively with operations teams, contractors, and fellow technicians to resolve issues quickly
  • Order parts and manage maintenance-related expenses in accordance with company procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including the machine shop
  • Train team members on basic equipment care and light maintenance procedures
  • Support facility operations, security requirements, and emergency response teams when needed
  • Communicate effectively throughout the day regarding equipment status, repairs, and priorities
  • Assist maintenance teams in other departments as business needs require

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certifications preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience working with production equipment such as conveyor systems, filling machines, packaging equipment, batching systems, and automated machinery
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
  • Experience using machine shop tools and equipment including welders, lathes, saws, drill presses, and milling machines
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when needed
  • A proactive mindset with a strong sense of urgency and ownership
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic manufacturing environment and solve problems creatively
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to obtain and maintain mobile equipment certification
  • Availability to support after-hours emergencies when necessary

Why Join Us?

  • Work with a team that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Gain exposure to a wide variety of equipment and manufacturing systems
  • Play a critical role in keeping operations running smoothly every day
  • Opportunity to contribute ideas, solve challenges, and make a visible impact
  • Fast-paced environment where no two days are the same

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys troubleshooting complex equipment, and wants to be part of a team that keeps manufacturing moving forward.
